As a result of the transaction, Urgently expects that its shares of common stock will be listed under the ticker symbol “ULY”. 

LOS ANGELES, CA and VIENNA, VA (March 8, 2022) –VinFast US and Urgently will partner to bring a world-class, white glove mobility assistance platform to VinFast’s North American lineup of smart electric vehicles. The partnership will bring a world-class, white glove mobility assistance platform to VinFast’s lineup of smart electric vehicles coming to North America in late 2022.The roadside assistance program jointly developed and supplied by VinFast and Urgently will come via a mobile solution to provide communications between customers and VinFast’s customer experience center 24-hours a day, via text, in-car updates and through the VinFastApp. The program offers traditional towing services as well as flat tire support, lockout assistance, ride-hail services, winching and remote charging for vehicles.

VIENNA, VA (Dec. 22, 2021) – Urgently, a leading provider of digital roadside and mobility assistance services, announced today it has secured up to $75 million in debt financing from certain funds managed by Highbridge Capital Management, LLC (“Highbridge”), Onex Credit and Whitebox Advisors, that will help the company advance its mission to transform the legacy roadside assistance market and to develop and define the new market for connected mobility assistance services for automotive, insurance, fleet, logistics, new mobility and technology transportation companies. In addition, Structural Capital refinanced and increased its existing debt facility with Urgently to $17.5 million.

In a new survey by global mobility and roadside assistance platform Urgently, nearly half of respondents say they have changed their 2020 holiday travel plans due to the pandemic. According to Urgently’s Holiday Travel Intentions 2020 Survey, 47% have changed Thanksgiving travel plans, while 43.7% have changed travel plans for the December holidays. Some respondents are still assessing their holiday travel plans: 8.6% have yet to decide on Thanksgiving and 12.1% are undecided about the December holidays.
