We recently helped Anne from Florida with a flat tire. Nothing new there - we’ve helped thousands with flats, and they’re pretty happy like Anne:
“Everything was perfect!! I would highly highly recommend!!” she wrote.
But again, this is not new. What we found interesting was something else she said about how she came across our service:
“I called my roadside assistance [company] and they were going to be over an hour,” she said. “I started to think of what to Google, then figured there must be an app like Uber."
And this is what we’re seeing more and more of with new customers – looking in the app stores for help rather than searching across the Web.
Right on cue, Anne continued: "So I checked and sure enough I found Urgent.ly. Thank goodness!!!” she said, clearly excited. “He came within 20 minutes of my request,” she said of her Urgent.ly driver. “Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!”
