At Urgent.ly we’re always trying to serve customers with the least friction and in shortest amount of time. This means making our apps super-slick, but also very simple to use. We’ve been doing it for over a year now as the first on-demand roadside assistance provider. Customers have become accustomed to selecting their need (”I got a flat!”) and watching as our trucks roll to their location on the double. But every now and then there’s special event, like today.
It was in Miami, and our customer in a Hyundai needed a jump. Piece of cake. But this time the cake was extra rich because we were able to find and assign a tow truck in eight seconds (yep, 8) and had the job competed in 13 minutes – our fastest Florida service yet. It can take you longer to get served at Starbucks! And it can surely take you longer to get served by the other guys: We often hear our customers complain about the old way – AAA, etc. – taking over an hour.
So thanks A.D. in the Elantra for letting us serve you. Tap for us anytime – we’re always right around the corner.
