Job Description

Urgently is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic, growing team. The ideal candidate is driven and confident, a creative problem-solver who is successful working independently and in collaborative environments. This role will be responsible for collaborating across the organization to support the development of sales & marketing campaigns as well as new products and business opportunities.

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator reports to the Strategic Partner Manager and works closely with the Sales & Partner Management and Marketing & Membership teams. Diverse candidates are encouraged to apply.


Responsibilities:

  • Supports Sales & Marketing (including Partner Management, Membership, and Communications) teams/initiatives
  • Develops and implement marketing campaigns for B2B & B2B2C programs
  • Collaborates with customer service teams to improve customer experience/journey
  • Generates and qualifies sales leads and participate in the sales cycle
  • Reports on initiatives by collecting, analyzing, summarizing, and displaying data
  • Researches and analyzes trends and competitive landscape in marketing, sales, communications, business development, digital technology, the automotive (and automotive aftersales/service) market, logistics, and technology
  • Assists in the development of reports and presentations, both internal and external
  • Maintains brand integrity by adhering to brand guidelines, reviewing assets for brand compliance, and managing the repository of brand assets and documentation
  • Manages select administrative tasks in addition to event planning, branded products and apparel program, conference and trade show coordination, and sales and marketing purchasing
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience, or bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in an office setting
  • Experience or interest in automotive, insurance, mobility, logistics, SAAS, and/or digital technology industries
  • Experience developing content, such as for web pages, blog posts, social media, press releases, white papers, user guides
  • Experience analyzing data, evaluating projects, and presenting your work
  • Hands on experience working directly with customers, clients, or stakeholders to evaluate and fulfill their needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and quickly adapt to changes
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments, with technical and non-technical team colleagues, in addition to working directly with executives
  • Well-organized, with a keen eye for detail and top-notch listening skills
  • Hands-on team player, excited to dive in where needed
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience/Degree in business, communications, marketing, sales, or related field
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing - websites, email marketing, etc.
  • Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Experience generating or qualifying sales leads
