On September 19, 2023, Otonomo Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: OTMO) (“Otonomo”) announced that its shareholders approved its proposed business combination with Urgent.ly, Inc. (“Urgently”) at a special meeting of shareholders held yesterday. Upon closing of the transaction, which is expected to occur before the end of October 2023, the combined company will operate under the name Urgent.ly, Inc. and its common stock is expected to be listed on The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC under the ticker symbol “ULY”, subject to the approval of Nasdaq.
AnnouncementOn Feb. 9, 2023, Urgent.ly, Inc. (Urgently) announced a definitive agreement with Otonomo Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: OTMO) (“Otonomo”) to merge in an all-stock transaction. As a result of the transaction, Urgently expects that its shares of common stock will be listed under the ticker symbol “ULY”. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2023.
