But we go beyond weather reporting. We’ve developed our proprietary NetCon Status, a dynamic assessment of regional roadside service resilience. NetCon measures weather impact and it evaluates the full spectrum of disruptions, including major regional events like the 2021 Colonial Pipeline cyberattack, which caused a regional-wide fuel shortage and left providers across the eastern U.S. unable to serve customers for over four days.

This event highlighted a critical truth. Service availability isn’t just about weather; it’s about communicating risk at scale.  Our data science and AI team uses weather patterns and event intelligence to refine provider availability models. These insights feed into our spatial analytics engine (SPARK), which powers a range of algorithms designed to improve response efficiency and enhance customer experience.
