With Uber Pro, Driver Partners have the opportunity to unlock new rewards as they reach higher tiers, including promotions, cash back, discounts, and complementary services. Drivers who earn Gold, Platinum or Diamond tier status through their high level of service are eligible for access to Urgently Roadside Assistance.

Urgently provides fast, safe and reliable service, digitally connecting Uber Driver Partners with the nearest available and qualified service provider. Drivers receive live status updates and watch in real-time as their towing and roadside assistance professional arrives - just as Uber riders track their Uber driver.
